HoopLink is a high-performance basketball mentorship and training community built by

pro players to guide the next generation.

2. Who is HoopLink for?

HoopLink is designed for serious hoopers looking to improve their game,

basketball IQ, and exposure.

3. How does the membership work?

We offer monthly and annual membership plans. Membership gives you full access to

training, mentorship, live calls, and community features.

4. Is there a free trial?

Not at this time. However, you can cancel your monthly membership at any time. All

purchases are non-refundable.

5. Can I cancel my membership?

Yes. You can cancel your monthly membership at any time. Annual plans are also non-

refundable but will not auto-renew unless selected.

6. Are memberships refundable?

No. All purchases are final. However, you may cancel your subscription at any time to

prevent future charges.

7. What do I get as a member?

Access to film study breakdowns, expert Q&As, downloadable workouts, training PDFs,

mentorship tools, and monthly live calls.

8. What makes HoopLink different?

We are created and run by pros who’ve played in the NBA, G League, and overseas. Our

insights, structure, and guidance are battle-tested.

9. How do I access the content?

Once signed up, you’ll receive access to our Circle community where all resources, calls, and

updates are hosted.

10. How often is new content added?

New training resources, film studies, and mentorship updates are added consistently.

11. Is this only for elite players?

No. HoopLink is for anyone serious about the game, from role players to rising stars. You’ll

grow if you show up and apply the tools.

12. What’s included in the live calls?

Live calls feature pro breakdowns, mental game deep-dives, Q&As, and real-time guidance

on in-season development.

13. Can I ask questions to the pros?

Yes. Our ‘Ask a Pro’ section allows members to submit questions for monthly features

answered by pros, trainers, and coaches.

14. Is there content specifically directed at parents or coaches to help them guide their own athletes?

Currently, memberships are for tailored athletes only, however the features we provide can be used for helping others. In addition, we may release add-ons for parents and

coaches in the future.

15. What platforms does HoopLink use?

We use ConvertKit for updates and waitlist communication, and Circle for the premium

member experience.
